Precautions for using the field management machine
1. Before using the field management machine, it is necessary to carefully read the user manual and master the correct operating methods before use.
2. Children and personnel without operational skills are strictly prohibited from operating.
3. Before use, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the fastening parts to ensure that all fasteners are firm and reliable.
4. The gearbox uses SAE90 gear oil, with an added amount of approximately 7 liters (already added at the factory). Before each use, the oil level should be checked to ensure it meets the requirements (when the machine is in a horizontal position, the oil level is in the middle of the upper and lower scale lines on the dipstick). After the first 2 months of use, the gear oil should be replaced again, and the gear oil should be replaced every six months thereafter.
5. Lubricate all lubrication parts before each use to ensure good lubrication.
6. Check if the tension of the V-belt is appropriate and if the two belts are parallel, otherwise make adjustments. When adjusting, first loosen the machine shim bolts, adjust the longitudinal and transverse positions of the engine, ensure that the V-belt is properly tightened, and make the grooves of the two pulleys on the same plane. Tighten the bolts.
7. Check all control handles and ensure that the cables are flexible and reliable.
8. Place the gear lever in neutral position, with the clutch disengaged, start the engine (strictly follow the engine manual when starting the engine), and check whether the two gear levers are flexible and reliable in each gear position.
9. The machine has a gear lever located on the upper right side of the gearbox, divided into 5 gears, four forward and one reverse, which can be selected according to operational needs. When changing gears, be sure to disengage the clutch to avoid personal or equipment accidents. In agricultural operations, fourth gear is generally not used to prevent accidents.
10. Slowly step on the clutch when preparing to shift, and gently release it when the clutch disengages to start. Check if the gear is normal and if there are any abnormal noises. If any abnormalities are found, immediately step on the clutch and shift back into gear.
11. Do not step on the brake clutch integrated rod during homework to avoid half linkage, burning out the clutch, inability to shift gears properly, and inability to use.
12. The handle of the machine is adjustable in multiple directions, with a horizontal rotation range of 0-360 degrees, 24 rotation positioning points, and a vertical rotation range of 0-24 degrees, with 5 gears. Adjustments can be made according to the requirements of the assignment.
13. During rotary tillage, the width of the rotary tillage can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the number of blade groups as needed, and the depth of rotary tillage can be adjusted by adjusting the guide rod.
